Processing
| Bercella Carbon Fiber’s core business is advanced technology processing for composite materials. In more detail, Bercella designs and manufactures parts using a variety of resins and fibre types, such as polyester and phenolic epoxy resins and other materials, such as carbon fibre, aramid, high-density polyethylene, etc. These complex materials can be put to extremely diverse uses, which is why we need to ensure impeccable standards in their processing. From storage in sub-zero cold rooms to processing in the clean room, where the wrapping takes place, it is essential to keep the non-hardened fibres under strict climate control, in dirt-free, well-equipped facilities. The way in which the fibres are processed means we have to be able to create large and small pieces alike, all with the same meticulous care. It is the only way to deliver a perfectly flawless finished product. |
Spacious, well-lit areas ensure our highly qualified staff work in optimal conditions. Like all the departments here at Bercella, the laminating rooms are equipped with individual workstations. This makes work less tiring for our employees and allows them to put their energies to better use, in a more rational, less stressful way. An efficient pneumatic mail system, managed by a network of terminals located at key points throughout the premises, is used to deliver small parts, tools, or spares directly to operatives in need without them having to make the trip to the warehouse, thereby preventing interruptions at delicate stages. |
