Our background

  OUR HISTORY AT A GLANCE
Bercella Carbon Fiber began its manufacturing life in the '90s, as a supplier of carbon fibre parts for the automotive industry. The considerable experience gained working with racing industry leaders has allowed Bercella to rapidly strengthen its production capacity, expanding its base so that it produces not only the pieces commissioned, but also the templates, and carries out the final cleaning, quality control and, lacquering if required. As a result of ongoing research on the behaviour of resins and carbon fibre and test methods for finished pieces, Bercella can now also handle large orders for ‘delicate’ industries such as defence and aeronautics.
  QUALITY STANDARDS
In 2008, Bercella opened a new production facility in Varano de' Melegari. The new plant contains the design department, the climate-controlled rooms where the composite material lamination takes place, a fully equipped machine tool department, featuring CNC machining centres for modelling and finishing robotics, as well as final cleaning rooms fitted out with extractor hoods. The production cycle is completed by the assembly and quality control departments. The company offers armoured server rooms, compliant with military regulations, while a badge access system allows us to control, and if necessary prevent, movement of employees and guests.
